I did not get any sleep last night due to challenges at the Nook that I had to finish. I could not do them this Saturday or Sunday cuz I had a pretty crazy weekend. Saturday I had a bday party, baby shower and a BBQ that we had to go to. Sunday I finally got to go dress shopping for the weeding on the 5th which is this Friday, we are also going to a double bday part on Saturday at the Lake and then get ready for the next weekend for my kids bday party. Aaack!
So last night I ended up not going to bed at all. I started working on the challenges and then the next thing I know my husband 4:30 alarm for PT is blowing up. I tried to sneak in there before he woke up, but no luck. I am in BIG trouble for not going to bed. He was worried since I had a long day again today. I had to get up early to drop off the car at the dealership to get fix. So after running around the whole day today, I come home to a new set of CRAZIIEEEE challenges and Speedy Extra Points give away that I missed. SAD! So in order to keep I must be on top of my game. But I don't know how much more I could do. It is so much fun though that I am just glad I am getting to finish LO's and cards that I love! I made 6 cards total last night and a LO using the Nook's June kit. It is YUMMY!
Here are the stuff I have been working on:
Only Cardstock and Journaling Spots challenge:
This was hard for me! I tend to not do too simple pages but I think it turned out cute. It's been a while since I scrap stuff for my son so I am glad I got this done for him. This was taken this past New Year '09 at Georgia.
Products used for this LO are: DCWV Card Stock, Making Memories large red glitter alpha, Teresa Collins Journaling spot, Kaiser Craft red bling and American Crafts Thickers in black
Leah's Yummiest Card Challenge
We could create cards any way we want as long as it has something to do with food and use a chipboard.
Abbie's Mini Card Challenge:
Make a first card, make a second card from the scrap of the first card, then make another card using the scraps of both cards. So in total we had to make 3 cards using the same products.
All six cards were made using the Nook's June Kit full of Cosmo Cricket Early Bird and a few American Crafts
Journaling spots. Most of the card
don't have sentiments on them yet,
cuz I like to put that on once I know exactly what I am going to use it for. Blue PP is from Sass Hog Heaven.
